AN UPDATE AND A LATENIGHT SNACK (that's the hook btw)

now that I got your attention since you're curious about what sorta "stupid shit" I eat, here it is...BUT FIRST

I know it's been a minute and all but the deal is finals finals and more finals! Had to immerse myself in my studies and also my upcoming Strength and Conditioning licensing exam in July! Big things! Like Weezy said once "I'm so official all i need is a whistle" .... that doesn't even rhyme without autotune, BRO!!!

MY NEXT POST will be about the top 5 bodyweight exercises as asked by one the of readers...it will be along with some more videos of my amazing faux-hawk...rocking it until I'm the last one around THEN back to growing out my long hair btw :D

as I am writing this I realize I am not too sure who asked me for that body weight work out idea (if you are that person, please let me know so I can give you credit for the idea)...BUT I do remember them asking me for top THREE..anywho, I am enjoy a very "healthy" snack (read: munchies) and I am going to share it :)

this is somewhat a lot of "sugar" and/or "carbs" but also "healthy fat"

CONSISTS OF:

1. this is about 5 hazelnuts, pecans and about 12 almonds in some Bob's Red Mill gluten free honey almond granola and about a 1/3 cup of home made almond milk
thanks to Mikey at  Cook Eat Repeat Now   ....psst (you can use whatever sort of milk you like though btw, go crazy :D)

2. ONE small Granny Smith Apple (3-4 inches in diameter to be precise with the term "small" not that it matters, fruit "sugar" at night isn't the best...but it's helping me write this up!)

3. And my 2nd favorite type of pear (first being "New Zealand pears") an Anjou pear (by the time I finished writing I all ready ate most of the sides...I cut it in different shapes as i peel it with the knife...I'm sort of weird, supposedly.

yumm
